more pictures with cousin Henry

Nathaniel and I went out to Britni's family farm for a visit while cousin Henry was in town. As you can see by the pictures Henry is much more alert than Nathaniel.
Britni's Mom Ava, Britni, Henry, Nathaniel and I went for a walk around the farm. It was the first time I got to use my Baby Bjorn, and I have to say that I really enjoy this invention. It will come in handy next month when Nathaniel and I fly home to Rockford. Shane is only able to fly in for the weekend so I will be traveling alone with an infant. Pray for me! Just kidding it will be fine, I am not the first person to fly with a baby.
Nathaniel was one month old on Sunday he is growing so fast!

Best Buddies

Last night Nathaniel got to meet his cousin Henry for the first time. Henry is my younger brother Seth's little boy, and he was born 4 weeks before Nathaniel . It will be so fun to see these boys grow up together. Seth and my sister-in-law Britni are in town visiting with Britni's family for a few days. I am sure there will be more pictures of these 2 posted this week. :)

Easter

Easter Sunday Nathaniel looked so cute in the outfit Shane's Mom got for him. Our church does Easter services in MTSU's big athletic arena so the whole church can be together at one time. Last year they were so crowded on Sunday morning that starting this year they did a Saturday night and Sunday morning service. It is very cool to celebrate Easter with so many people and make it a big deal for the community. Charlie Daniels was there to sing a few songs (Yes he did sing Devil Went Down to Georgia it was awesome) but I didn't get a picture with him and Nathaniel.
Sunday night we went to visit with Shane's Dad and Deborah's family. They are so much fun. In a few years Nathaniel will be in heaven with we go visit with this side of the family. There are 4 cousins, including Nathaniel, under 2 years old. We are blessed to have so much family that lives so close and that loves us so much.

Cousin Sarah Grace

Sarah Grace was the flower girl at our wedding and she got to came to visit Nathaniel and take some pictures. I know Nathaniel will be obsessed with her when he gets older!

Sophie Visits Nathaniel

Chad Jodi and Baby Sophie came and brought us dinner last week. Sophie was born November 4th but she is still so little that Nathaniels hands and feet are bigger than hers!

Grandma Kimball's Quilt

Last week my Grandma Kimball sent Nathaniel a beautiful baby quilt. Isn't she talented! Hopefully Shane Nathaniel and I can make a trip up to Minneapolis and visit this summer.
